Corrections policy and log
If any statement on this website is inaccurate, we want to correct it promptly and record the change publicly.
Anyone may request a correction by identifying the wording concerned and providing supporting information. Requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. Where a statement is inaccurate or unclear it is corrected, and the change is logged below with the date and the reason.
