What we collect
If you submit a report, we collect the first name or pseudonym you choose, a private email address, the details you enter about your booking and experience, and any evidence files you upload. If you use the right of reply form we collect your organisation, name, email address and message.
How it is used
Submissions are used to review and document consumer concerns about accommodation supplied at Wildkind events, and to contact you where you have given permission. Email addresses are never published. Nothing you submit is published unless you have given separate, explicit permission for an anonymised summary, and even then only after manual review.
Storage and access
Reports are stored in a private database that is not publicly readable. Evidence files are stored in a private storage area that only approved administrators can open. Access is restricted by row-level security rules and administrator authentication.
Evidence and redaction
Please redact booking references, payment information and QR codes before uploading. Do not upload photographs showing identifiable children. Image metadata is stripped from uploads where technically possible, and every item is manually reviewed before any publication.
Retention and deletion
Submissions are retained only for as long as they are needed to document the concern. You may request deletion of your submission and any uploaded evidence at any time by emailing contact@campwildfirescam.com.
Public statistics
Public counts show only the number of reports received, the number supported by evidence and the number reporting a response or resolution. No personal information appears in these counts, and an unverified submission does not establish wrongdoing by any party.
